{{BI|Qix}} is a 1983 port of the original [[Qix (Arcade)|Qix]] game for arcades, released on the Atari 8-bit series of computers. It is an extremely simplified version of Qix, with very simple graphics and a limited color scheme. The product code of the cartridge reads "Atari CXL 4027".

==Gameplay==
The gameplay is generally similar to the arcade version of Qix, with the player making [[Fast Draw]]s and [[Slow Draw]]s to capture segments of the playfield, while avoiding enemies like the Qix. While making a Draw, the player is able to toggle between Fast and Slow mid-Draw. Due to the limitation of the hardware, however, each time a segment is captured the gameplay will stop to allow it to be filled in; the [[Marker]], Qix, other enemies, and Sparx countdown will be frozen momentarily. Super Sparx do not appear at all.

There is a multiplayer set-up if two controllers are plugged in, but it is simply sequential single-player gaming with a score comparison at the end.

The player is able to toggle the length of the Sparx counter by increments of ten seconds (from 10-90) by pressing the <code>Option</code> key.

==Scoring==
Points are awarded for capturing sections of the playfield—more points are awarded for larger sections. Fast Draws are worth double. Each percentage over the required threshold will grant an extra 1000 points. Splitting two Qix doubles points for the remainder of the game—repeating this will triple, quadruple, and so on up to a 9x bonus.
